The Reel Run Backwards

Halfway through the matinee the film suddenly ran backwards: someone had swapped the reels. Four people were sitting in the auditorium: Priya the librarian, Gus the lifeguard, Mabel the museum guide and Otto the baker. The ticket stubs prove which row each of them sat in, but their stories about which seat do not all add up. One of them is lying. But who did it?
